Little bit of a road trip for Rory and Danny. We had dogs moving and talking right from the start. A miscue and equipment malfunction and we had a little recovery to do. Down to one of the last stands on the first property and we get them talking and moving in on us. Rory makes a good shot on a dog that decides to not complete the trip. A solid shot and rolls, gets up and makes it to the thick brush. Minutes later a big ole male comes in and I plant it. Doesn’t take a step. Moving on to the next property it starts slow and we move to a property that is open with not much cover. Ten minutes and our sweet music has a female rolling in. A decent shot and it falls hard and rolls over the lip. Found her and our night is done. A long month already. November gets named “No luck November” for now. Pictures below of #57 and #58.
